Countdown to the Brighton Marathon for Felix, our Fundraising Hero

There are less than 12 days until Felix’s first ever marathon. In fact its his first ever race. In fact, Felix took up running especially to enter this event for Cam’s Orphanage, and that’s why he’s our hero.

We are proud that Cam’s Orphanage does so much more than give hope to 12 of the world’s poorest children. Inspiring others to challenge themselves, and operate outside of their comfort zones is a rather marvellous by-product, and something that Cam himself would thoroughly approve of.

Felix is no stranger to weathering hard times, having battled his way out of some tough circumstances to make a success of his life.  As well as gaining self-esteem and a collection of sweaty trainers, Felix is well on his way to raising £1500 for the orphanage. To put this sum in context – it will support 2 children for an entire year! That’s food, a home, education and loving care.

Talk about value for money! So, why not show Felix how much you respect and admire what he has taken on, give him a much needed motivational boost in these final tense, tough days and help change the lives of some very deserving young children.

You can spot Felix at the Brighton Marathon on April 2nd – he’ll be wearing our orange vest.
