Nemah

Nemah at Cameron's orphanage

Hello everyone, my name is Nemah Nakaonga. I am 14 years old, and in grade 5 at Itala Foundation School.

I am the third born in a family of five children. My father died before I was born. My mother is married to her second husband. My step father tried to push me into a child marriage last year when I was just 13 years old. Social welfare rescued me and have put me into the care of Cameron’s Orphanage. I am very happy here.

Nema ready for schoolMy favourite colours are pink, orange and blue. I love girls soccer and to play with dolls that have long hair. My favourite food is bread, rice and Nshima.

When I finish my education I would like to be a doctor and help to save lives.

I am currently looking for a UK sponsor and mentor, will that be you?

I’d love to sponsor Nema

Just £50 per month covers all of Nemah’s basic needs, and gives her hope for a better future. You can sponsor Nemah whatever amount you are comfortable with, this can be edited as you proceed.

Your monthly sponsorship will make a real difference to Nemah. In addition you will get direct feedback on her progress through our sponsor’s newsletter, you can contact her personally through our WhatsApp service and even join us as a volunteer when we visit them.
